PAGASA forecasts rain showers and isolated thunderstorms across the country

PAGASA's daily weather forecast for Thursday afternoon predicts cloudy skies and rain showers across various parts of the country.

Metro Manila and other regions will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to easterly winds, potentially leading to flash floods and landslides.

Moderate to strong winds are expected in the northern and western sections of Northern Luzon, while light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters are forecasted elsewhere.
