PAGASA issues red, orange, yellow warnings for Severe Tropical Storm Kristine in parts of Luzon

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) issued rainfall warnings for parts of Luzon due to Severe Tropical Storm Kristine.

A red warning was raised in Metro Manila, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon (Tiaong, San Antonio, Candelaria, Dolores, Sariaya, Tayabas, Lucban and Lucena), Samar, Eastern Samar, Palawan, Antique, Pangasinan, Zambales, La Union, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bataan, and parts of Quezon.

An orange warning was issued for Zambales, Bataan, areas in Quezon (Infanta, Real, Atimonan, Padre Burgos, Pagbilao, Mauban, Sampaloc, Polillo, Burdeos, Panukulan, Patnanungan, Jomalig, General Nakar, Perez and Alabat), and parts of Quezon.

A yellow warning was issued for Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, areas in Quezon (Calauag, Tagkawayan, Guinayangan, Pitogo, Unisan, Agdangan, Plaridel, Gumaca, Lopez, Macalelon, General Luna, Catanauan, Mulanay, Buenavista, San Andres, San Francisco and San Narciso), and parts of Samar and Eastern Samar.

Light to moderate with occasional heavy rains are currently affecting Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Zambales, Pampanga, Bulacan, and parts of Quezon which may persist within three hours.
