PAGASA forecasts scattered rains over Eastern Visayas, Caraga

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rain showers over Eastern Visayas, Albay, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, and Caraga due to easterlies and the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during moderate to heavy rains or severe thunderstorms.

Coastal waters throughout the country are expected to be slight to moderate.
