PAGASA: Easterlies bring scattered rains, clouds across PH

PAGASA forecasts scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across Caraga and Davao due to easterlies.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms, with light to moderate winds blowing eastwards.

Coastal waters are expected to have slight to moderate conditions.
