OCTA: NCR Covid cases down by 19%

OCTA Research Group reported on Tuesday that the seven-day average of new COVID-19 cases in NCR decreased by 19% from 1,062 to 862.

The region's reproduction number dropped from 0.99 to 0.95, indicating decreasing infections.

NCR's current ADAR is at 5.98 per 100,000 population, which is considered low.

Healthcare utilization rate for COVID-19 in NCR remained low at 33.3%, while ICU occupancy was also low at 25.8%.
