OCD: Rolly death toll in Bicol climbs to 20

As of Friday, November 6, the death toll in the Bicol Region due to Super Typhoon Rolly has risen to 20, according to the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Region V.

The OCD report cited the Department of Health and local disaster risk reduction offices, identifying victims from Albay, Catanduanes, and Camarines Sur.

On Wednesday, the OCD had initially reported a death toll of 17 after excluding two missing individuals from Guinobatan who were not confirmed by the DOH.

The latest report also noted that five people are still missing, with three from Albay and one each from Catanduanes and San Miguel.
