NU edges Adamson 69-66 in UAAP

National University (NU) secured a narrow victory over Adamson in their UAAP Season 86 men's basketball match on Saturday, October 21, with a score of 69-66.

Despite trailing by up to 14 points early in the game, NU rallied back with a strong third quarter performance, outscoring Adamson 19-6.

Kean Baclaan was the standout player for NU, scoring 19 points and hitting five three-pointers, including a crucial floater with 4:40 left that gave NU the lead.

Adamson's Matthew Montebon attempted to rally his team but missed a potential game-tying shot in the final seconds.

Prior to this match, NU had extended their winning streak to three games by defeating UE Red Warriors on Wednesday, October 18, with a score of 68-49.
