Northeast monsoon brings cloudy skies, light rains to Luzon

The northeast monsoon will affect northern and central Luzon on Tuesday, bringing cloudy skies with light rains to Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque, and Oriental Mindoro.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Visayas will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon, while Mindanao will be hot with possible thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
