NLEX increases toll rates starting March 2

Starting Sunday, March 2, the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Corporation will increase toll rates for various vehicle classes.

For the Balintawak to Marilao stretch, Class 1 vehicles will see a P5 increase, making the new rate P79; Class 2 vehicles will rise by P13 to P199; and Class 3 vehicles will go up by P15 to P238.

Motorists using the NLEX from Balintawak to Sta. Ines in Pampanga will face an additional toll of P57 for Class 1, P142 for Class 2, and P171 for Class 3 vehicles.

The new end-to-end toll rates will be P416 for Class 1, P1,039 for Class 2, and P1,247 for Class 3 vehicles.

This rate adjustment is based on a 2022 petition by the NLEX Corporation that was not implemented in 2023, with this being only the first tranche of approved toll rate adjustments; the second tranche may be implemented in 2026.
