Ninong Ry shares flood ordeal in Malabon

Food content creator Ninong Ry shared on social media that his home in Malabon is flooded due to Typhoon Carina and heavy rains from the southwest monsoon.

Using humor, he posted videos showing parts of his house submerged in flood water, including his kitchen and garage, as well as wading through the flood-swamped rooms and garden on Wednesday, July 24.

In one video, Ninong Ry joked about moving a motorcycle by hand for cleaning purposes rather than because of the flooding, while another post showed him wishing to close doors before the water enters.

Ninong Ry highlighted his editor Jerome's dedication to work during adverse conditions and shared images of damaged personal belongings, including tools used for content creation and computer gadgets in his flooded kitchen and garage.

Many parts of Metro Manila were inundated by floods spawned by the typhoon-enhanced southwest monsoon on Wednesday.
