Muhlach recounts son Sandro's alleged sexual harassment during Senate hearing

Veteran actor Niño Muhlach emotionally recounted his son Sandro's experience of alleged sexual harassment during a Senate hearing on Wednesday, August 7.

Muhlach described how Sandro was visibly shaken and had difficulty holding the phone while recounting the incident involving GMA Network independent contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.

Sandro is still suffering from trauma and has been advised to limit his social media use and public exposure.

GMA Network received a formal complaint from Sandro against Nones and Cruz on August 1, initiating both internal and legal investigations.

Atty. Anna Teresa Gozon-Valdes of GMA Network assured that they will conduct a fair investigation but emphasized the need for confidentiality to prioritize Sandro's well-being.

Senators Jinggoy Estrada and Bong Revilla recommended issuing subpoenas for Nones and Cruz to compel their attendance at future hearings.
