Concepcion pushes separate bubbles for vaccinated, unvaxxed in NCR

Presidential Adviser Joey Concepcion recommends separate 'bubbles' for vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals in Metro Manila to prevent lockdowns during the fourth quarter.

Concepcion suggests this measure once full vaccination hits 50 percent, allowing vaccinated people more mobility while limiting movement of unvaccinated ones only to workplaces.

Malacañang says restricting unvaccinated people's movement will be considered only after 50% of Metro Manila is fully vaccinated.
