Minors banned outdoors starting March 17

Minors aged 17 and below are banned from going outdoors in the National Capital Region starting Wednesday, March 17.

The ban will last for two weeks and covers all 17 local government units in NCR.

MMDA chair Benhur Abalos said the measure was agreed upon by metro mayors to curb rising COVID-19 cases.

Individuals aged 18 to 65 are allowed to go outside their residences.
