MMDA deploys over 2K enforcers for holiday traffic

The MMDA has deployed over 2,000 traffic enforcers across Metro Manila to manage the expected surge in holiday season traffic.

Traffic congestion began early this week with increased mall visits and is expected to peak between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m., especially on Friday before the long weekend.

The MMDA is also conducting joint operations with the Philippine National Police, DILG, and PDEA for drug testing of drivers on December 21.
