Mutya ng Pilipinas candidate and her boyfriend missing, burned SUV found

Mutya ng Pilipinas-Pampanga candidate Geneva Sarita Lopez and her Israeli boyfriend Yitshak Cohen went missing on June 21.

On Friday, the Mutya ng Pilipinas Pampanga organization reported their disappearance and assured the public that they are working closely with police authorities to track updates.

A burned sport utility vehicle (SUV) was found in Capas, Tarlac where some of Lopez's personal items were recovered, including her ID.

Police continue to search for CCTV footage and backtracking information from Angeles to Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway, providing clues about the couple’s movements.

Samples from the debris of the SUV have been sent to national headquarters for analysis to determine the cause of the fire.

The investigation is ongoing with renewed efforts by local authorities in Capas.
