Miriam Quiambao tests positive for COVID-19

Binibining Pilipinas Universe 1999 Miriam Quiambao tested positive for COVID-19 after initially receiving a negative antigen test result.

Quiambao's husband, Ardy Roberto, shared the news on Instagram, noting that their house helper had previously tested positive but later received a negative result after isolating.

Miriam started showing symptoms a day or two after getting vaccinated and they initially thought it was a side effect of the vaccine.

Other celebrities who have recently tested positive for COVID-19 include Iya Villania, Ina Raymundo, Arnold Clavio, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, and Miss Grand International first runner-up Samantha Bernardo.
