Volleystar Michele Gumabao marries Aldo Panlilio in black-themed wedding

Volleyball star Michele Gumabao celebrated her marriage to longtime boyfriend Aldo Panlilio on Tuesday at National Shrine of the Sacred Heart in Makati.

At the event, she wore a wedding gown made by Jaggy Glarino and was accompanied by family, friends, and teammates from Creamline Cool Smashers.

Gumabao shared photos of her unique funeral-themed bridal shower on Monday on social media, where guests dressed in all-black outfits with personalized sashes.

Last August, Michelle announced her engagement to Panlilio, who is a PBA strength and conditioning coach.

In addition to her volleyball career with the Creamline Cool Smashers of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL), Michele has also had a notable pageant journey, including being crowned Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2018.
