MVP Group procures 800K COVID-19 vaccines for employees

MVP Group procured 800,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines for its employees and their household members.

Manuel V. Pangilinan said the offer is voluntary and not compulsory.

MPIC is interested in local vaccine production but aims to produce a preferred brand by Filipinos.

Pangilinan confirmed discussions with Glovax Biotech, though the proposed vaccine is unfamiliar and not yet approved by the government.

MPIC remains open to partnering with other global vaccine producers for local manufacturing.
