Manila, Malabon implement road closures for Holy Week

Manila will implement road closures starting at 10 p.m. on March 28 (Maundy Thursday) and Malabon City from March 29 to 31 due to church activities during Holy Week.

In addition, the Metropolitan Manila Development Council announced that several roads would be temporarily closed for reblocking and repairs starting 11 p.m. on March 29:

The affected areas include Taft Avenue corner Pedro Gil (2nd Lane) in Manila City, ESDA (SB) J.P. Rizal Avenue to Orense 3rd Lane from sidewalk in Makati City, and ESDA (NB), Between General Malvar Street to D. Arellano Street 2nd Lane from sidewalk in Caloocan City.

Drivers are advised to use alternative routes during these closures as the roads will reopen by 5 a.m. on April 1.
