Marcos vows no concession on SCS territorial claims

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. vowed not to concede any territorial claims in the South China Sea during an interview with Bloomberg at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Marcos emphasized that pursuing diplomatic talks with China does not mean abandoning the Philippines' claims and stated this is a 'red line' in diplomacy.

He also mentioned that the government has already sent diplomatic protests regarding the reported swarming of Chinese militias in the West Philippine Sea.
