Marcos stresses integrity, peace for Philippines' progress

He stated that public officials must lead by example to foster a nation where Filipinos can live without fear and have access to better opportunities, highlighting the government's commitment to listening and serving with integrity.

Marcos also acknowledged the evolving nature of threats to national security, now extending into cyberspace, and underscored the importance of strengthening military capabilities through initiatives like the recent Combined Arms Training Exercise.

The President praised the Philippine Army's contributions to national security and disaster response, while assuring soldiers of the government's dedication to their welfare through increased subsistence allowance and streamlined health programs.

He further encouraged the soldiers to remain steadfast in their duty, emphasizing that true service lies in selfless dedication to a higher purpose rather than personal gain.
