Marcos satisfied with survey showing trust, support

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. expressed satisfaction with OCTA Research's latest Tugon ng Masa survey results, which showed continued trust and support from Filipinos despite slight declines in ratings.

During a media interview on Tuesday, April 29, Marcos said the findings validate his administration's efforts to bring progress to the country over nearly three years.

The survey conducted from April 2 to 5 found that 60 percent of Filipinos trust Marcos and 59 percent are satisfied with his performance, though both figures have slightly declined since November 2024.

Marcos noted that it is encouraging when people recognize the positive impact of his leadership on their daily lives as he emphasized that through this he is made aware that the people are seeing what the government is doing and how it helps in uplifting their lives.

Presidential Communications Office Undersecretary Claire Castro emphasized that despite political controversies, Filipinos remain focused on the administration's achievements and continue to trust Marcos.

Analysts view Marcos as a steady and reliable leader despite ongoing challenges, highlighting public support for his goals.
