Marcos open to discussing flood control corruption allegations

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is open to discussions regarding issues related to flood control projects in the country.

Baguio Mayor Benjamin Magalong has submitted documents to the President detailing alleged corruption in flood control project implementations.

Palace Press Officer Claire Castro confirmed that Mayor Magalong's allegations will be addressed through dialogue and investigation.

Castro assured the public that the President is committed to holding accountable all individuals involved in anomalous projects, without implicating innocent persons prematurely.

The investigation will focus on ensuring fairness and closely monitoring priority flood control projects identified under the National Expenditure Program.
