Marcos Jr vows justice for missing sabungeros, DOJ evaluates Patidongan's testimony

President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. will not spare anyone, including well-known personalities, in his pursuit of justice for the missing sabungeros and their families.

Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro stated that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and law enforcement agencies are responsible for investigating all individuals involved, regardless of status or fame.

Julie 'Dondon' Patidongan claimed Wednesday that the missing sabungeros have been killed and identified herself as a former security chief in Charlie 'Atong' Ang's farms, naming him and actress Gretchen Barretto as alleged masterminds.

Patidongan also stated Thursday that around 100 sabungeros were kidnapped with their remains allegedly dumped in Taal Lake.

The businessman denied the accusations made by Patidongan and accused her of attempting to extort P300 million from his group.

DOJ will evaluate whether Patidongan can be considered as a state witness based on her testimonies.
