San Beda men's basketball team loses in Final 4, Yuki Andrada considers PBA draft

San Beda University's men's basketball team concluded its NCAA Season 100 campaign with a 79-63 loss to De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in the Final 4 on Saturday at the Cuneta Astrodome.

For the first time in 20 years, neither San Beda nor Letran will feature in the NCAA men's basketball finals as Mapua University and St. Benilde College arranged a championship clash starting December 1.

San Beda's Yuki Andrada, who averaged 12.1 points per game, expressed uncertainty about his future plans, considering both staying with San Beda and entering the PBA draft.

Assistant coach Yuri Escueta praised Andrada's basketball IQ and skills, suggesting he is ready for professional play but emphasizing support regardless of his decision.

Escueta also mentioned the possibility of reuniting with Andrada at TNT or having him compete against him if Norman Black from Meralco drafts him.
