Manny Villar leads Forbes Billionaires list with $17.2B

Real estate magnate Manuel "Manny" Villar Jr. leads Filipinos on the Forbes Billionaires 2025 list with a net worth of $17.2 billion (~P984.4 billion), ranking 117th overall.

Villar, who is also a former lawmaker and presidential aspirant, chairs property developer Vista Land & Lifescapes, run by his son Manuel Paolo, and several other listed companies including Golden MV Holdings, with his biggest asset being his stake in Golden MV Holdings (formerly Golden Bria) which posted nearly P1 trillion in net profit in 2024.

Enrique Razon Jr., chair of International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI), ranks second among Filipinos, valued at $10.9 billion and placed 227th in the world.

Ramon Ang, San Miguel Corp. chairman, follows with a net worth of $3.7 billion, ranking 979th globally.

Lucio Tan, founder and chair of LT Group, comes in fourth among Filipinos with an estimated net worth of $3 billion, placing him as the world's 1,219th richest person.
