Manila motorcyclist's license suspended for 90 days for dancing at intersection

A motorcycle rider in Manila had his license suspended for 90 days after filming himself dancing on top of his bike at an intersection.

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) issued a show-cause order requiring the rider to explain why he should not be held liable for improper behavior while operating a motor vehicle.

The rider must attend a hearing on August 20 and surrender his license by that date.

Influencers who break road safety rules for social media content continue to face consequences from the LTO, with previous cases including a viral Porsche driver seeking a lighter sanction.
