Filipino-crafted crown debuts at Miss Universe

For the first time in history, a Filipino-crafted crown will grace the head of the new Miss Universe queen.

The 'Lumière de l'Infini' or Light of Infinity, was unveiled on November 13 at an event in Mexico City ahead of the 2024 Miss Universe pageant, created by Jewelmer using rare golden South Sea pearls from Palawan waters.

Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Chelsea Manalo will represent the country and is more determined than ever to win the title after seeing the crown up close.

Jewelmer's creation of the crown involved a four-to-five-year process with 377 steps for sustainable pearl production, showcasing Filipino craftsmanship and dedication to preserving natural beauty.

Three of the four major international pageants' current crowns are now made in Southeast Asia, highlighting Jewelmer's commitment to responsible luxury jewelry.
