Mactan-Cebu airport resumes domestic flights

Mactan-Cebu International Airport resumed domestic flight operations on Sunday after being damaged by Typhoon Rai.

The airport will cater only to domestic flights until December 21, when international flights are set to resume.

Currently, Terminal 2 is the only operational terminal due to damage in Terminal 1.

Airport management prioritizes flights carrying relief goods to Cebu, one of the hardest-hit areas by the typhoon.

Travelers are advised to coordinate with their airlines for adjusted flight schedules.
