LPA brings scattered rains over Mindanao, Visayas

A low-pressure area (LPA) will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Caraga, and Davao regions.

PAGASA warned residents in these areas to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms and the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal conditions are expected over Palawan and other parts of the country.
