Lacson, Sotto pass multi-drug test at PDEA

Presidential aspirants Senator Panfilo Lacson and Senate President Vicente Sotto III underwent voluntary drug tests at the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on November 22.

Sotto stated during a press conference that PDEA uses multidrug testing kits, which can detect all types of illegal drugs, unlike ordinary tests that only check for marijuana and shabu.

Both Lacson and Sotto tested negative for any type of drug.

Sotto also mentioned that clinics are not reliable for drug tests and recommended going to PDEA instead.
