Cainta village implements strict measures after two residents test positive for COVID-19

A village in Cainta, Rizal has implemented strict health measures after two residents tested positive for COVID-19.

The village closed its swimming pool, basketball court, and gym, and stopped celebrating Mass at the local church.

Health officials visited the couple's home and placed their four children under quarantine; all tests on the children came back negative.

Local government distributed protective equipment to neighbors of the infected couple.
