Kevin Quiambao joins KBL team in South Korea

Kevin Quiambao, back-to-back UAAP Most Valuable Player, has arrived in South Korea to join the Goyang Sono Skygunners in the Korean Basketball League.

Quiambao expressed excitement about his new chapter as he prepares for his professional debut with the team.

The Filipino player joins other local talents like JD Cagulangan, Carl Tamayo, Justin Gutang, Migs Oczon, and SJ Belangel in the KBL.

After a successful career at De La Salle University, including back-to-back MVP titles and leading his team to an impressive title run in Season 86 last year, Quiambao is now looking forward to showcasing his skills internationally.

With Quiambao's addition to Goyang, which currently holds ninth place with a 9-18 record, the Korean Basketball League continues to attract more Filipino players.
