Katrina Anne Johnson wins Binibining Pilipinas International, Best in Evening Gown; Annabelle Mae McDonnell crowned Globe winner

Katrina Anne Johnson from Davao Province won the Binibining Pilipinas International 2025 title on Sunday, June 15, at the Araneta Coliseum.

Johnson also received the Best in Evening Gown award and was named Binibining Dunkin', and this is her second attempt to win a Binibini title after placing first runner-up in Binibining Pilipinas 2023.

Annabelle Mae McDonnell from Iligan City was crowned as Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2025, with Dalia Varde Khattab from Las Piñas and Kathleen Enid Espenido from Siargao named first and second runner-up respectively; McDonnell previously competed in several pageants including Miss Universe Philippines 2022 where she was a first runner-up.

Johnson emphasized the importance of educating people on discerning information to combat misinformation during the Q&A round at the grand coronation night, and also shared her passion for accessible healthcare through community health symposiums.

McDonnell shared her personal experience with poverty, encouraging others not to despair when they hit rock bottom but use it as a launchpad towards achieving their dreams, and she has been a volunteer of Save the Children Philippines since 2022.
