ITCZ brings scattered rains over Visayas, Zamboanga, Northern Mindanao

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting parts of the Philippines, bringing cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Marinduque, Romblon, Bicol Region, and Mindanao.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during times of moderate to heavy rains.

CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and the Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to easterlies.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers from localized thunderstorms.

Coastal waters are expected to be slight to moderate throughout the country except for rough conditions in the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao.
