Philippines to see cloudy skies with isolated rains

Metro Manila and most parts of the Philippines will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to easterlies or localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA reports that a Low Pressure Area (LPA) is located east of Davao City but has no significant impact on current weather conditions.

Wind speeds in Mindanao, northern and central Luzon are light to moderate, resulting in slight to moderate coastal waters with waves up to 1.5 meters.
