Isko Moreno: Manila vaccinations continue 'come hell or high water'

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno declared on Tuesday that COVID-19 vaccinations will continue in the city despite rain or floods.

Moreno's statement comes after President Rodrigo Duterte expressed frustration over long lines of vaccine recipients waiting under the rain.

The mayor assured residents that they would not stop vaccinating even during adverse weather conditions and thanked the private sector for providing additional venues for the program.
