Duterte: Unvaccinated must stay home

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte wants barangay captains and police to restrict unvaccinated individuals from leaving their houses.

Duterte warned that those who refuse vaccination should be escorted back home by authorities if they attempt to leave, calling them 'walking spreaders'.

This directive follows previous threats made in June to arrest people refusing the COVID-19 vaccine.
