Isko Moreno acknowledges debt to Danny Lacuna, VP Sara Duterte shows support

Francisco 'Isko' Moreno acknowledged his debt to the late Danny Lacuna during a campaign event in Tondo, emphasizing his responsibility to Manila's residents.

Moreno promised to support Lacuna's children as a way of repaying his mentor's kindness, which included financial assistance for his education and political guidance.

Vice President Sara Duterte expressed support for Moreno at the rally, where Senator Imee Marcos and singer-composer Jimmy Bondoc also appeared.

The Commission on Elections announced it would issue a show cause order against Moreno regarding alleged vote buying activities.

As of press time, Moreno had not commented on the matter.
