Ilocos Norte opens to Luzon tourists Oct 15

Ilocos Norte will reopen to tourists from Luzon starting October 15.

Tourists must pre-register online and secure a travel pass, and only healthy individuals are allowed entry.

The province is gradually reopening its parks, heritage sites, beaches, and selected museums with a daily limit of 50 visitors.

The DOT will assist in monitoring the movement of tourists and introduce a visitor management system similar to VIS.I.T.A. for Baguio City.

A negative RT-PCR test result within 48 hours before entry is required, and travelers are advised to stay at home from testing until travel time.
