House records 14th COVID-19 case

The House of Representatives has recorded its 14th case of COVID-19 after another security staff member tested positive on Monday.

This individual last worked on June 29 to collect salaries and is currently in home quarantine.

House Secretary General Jose Luis Montales emphasized the need for heightened caution due to increased interactions following the easing of travel restrictions and economic reopening.

The House reported its previous case just two days prior, with nearly daily reports of new cases among personnel over the past two weeks.
