DOH: Low dead space syringes come with Pfizer doses from COVAX

The DOH announced that low dead space syringes will be provided with Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine doses from COVAX Facility.

These syringes ensure all six doses are extracted from each vial, addressing the difficulty healthcare workers face with standard syringes.

Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire also mentioned that the government is actively seeking suppliers for these specialized syringes due to budget constraints.
