Gilas rests Jordan Clarkson for Mexico tuneup

Gilas Pilipinas team manager Butch Antonio said Jordan Clarkson was rested for the team's 84-77 loss to Mexico in a closed-door tuneup game on Monday night.

Antonio clarified that Clarkson, who had played extensively in previous games, simply needed rest ahead of the FIBA World Cup starting August 25.

Clarkson sat out due to fatigue, with no injury concerns raised by the team.
