Gilas Pilipinas Women lineup announced for Fiba Asia Cup

The Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas announced the official lineup for Gilas Pilipinas Women ahead of the Fiba Asia Cup 2025 in Shenzhen, China.

Jack Animam and Kacey Dela Rosa will anchor the team as they face off against top squads on the continent starting this Sunday.

Most players on the squad recently competed in the William Jones Cup, where they secured fifth place.

The lineup includes veterans like Sumayah Sugapon, Ella Fajardo, Naomi Panganiban, and Vanessa De Jesus, as well as newcomers such as Cielo Pagdulagan, Kent Pastrana, Louna Ozar, Khate Castillo, Yvette Villanueva, and Angel Surada.

Gilas Women will face Australia in their opening match of the tournament on Sunday, July 13 at 4:30 p.m., followed by matches against Japan and Lebanon.
