Five party-list groups likely to secure seats in House

Based on a Pulse Asia survey conducted from March 23 to 29, 2025, five party-list groups are likely to secure the maximum of three seats in the House of Representatives if elections were held today.

Tingog (6.11 percent), ACT-CIS (5.57 percent), Duterte Youth (4.74 percent), Probinsya Para sa Pilipino or PPP (4.64 percent), and 4PS (4.59 percent) received the highest levels of support.

The survey indicates that 45 out of 155 participating party-list groups are likely to win at least one seat, with eight organizations expected to secure two seats.

Public awareness of the party-list system remains high, with 99 percent of respondents saying they are familiar with it.

Conducted independently by Pulse Asia without commission from any group or organization, the survey involved face-to-face interviews with 2,400 adults aged 18 and above nationwide.
