Eleven party-list groups set to win seats in May elections

Eleven party-list groups are expected to win seats in the May 12 elections, according to OCTA Research's March 2025 Tugon ng Masa survey.

ACT-CIS leads with 8.70 percent voter preference, followed by Tingog at 5.77 percent and 4PS at 5.40 percent.

Each of the top three party-list groups is projected to secure three congressional seats, while Ako Bicol, Senior Citizens, and Galing sa Puso are expected to get two seats each.

Duterte Youth, Tupad, Malasakit@Bayanihan, Ang Probinsyano, and FPJ Panday Bayanihan are also likely to earn two seats each by securing one guaranteed seat in the first round and another in the second round.

The survey, conducted from March 18 to 24 with a ±3% margin of error at a 95 percent confidence level, assessed voter preferences for 155 accredited party-list groups.
