Filipinos file COCs for national posts on Day 5

On Tuesday, October 5, several individuals and party-list groups filed their certificates of candidacy (COC) for national positions in the 2022 elections at the Harbor Garden Tent in Pasay City.

For president, six candidates including Maria Aurora 'Maria' Marcos and Arnel David submitted their COCs.

One vice presidential candidate, Melodino Villanueva, filed his COC.

Sixteen senatorial aspirants also filed their COCs on this day.

Additionally, 15 party-list nominees registered their certificates of nomination and acceptance.
