FEU Lady Tams defeat DLSU in UAAP opener

Far Eastern University (FEU) Lady Tamaraws opened the UAAP Season 86 Women’s Basketball Tournament with a victory over De La Salle University (DLSU) Lady Archers, winning 75-68 on Sunday at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Josee Kaputu led FEU with 27 points and nine rebounds, while Queenie Aquino contributed 13 points and Jamerin Delos Santos added 10 points.

DLSU struggled due to early fouls by their foreign player Aji Bojang, leaving them vulnerable near the basket.
