Families call for accountability of Charlie 'Atong' Ang in missing sabungero cases

Families of missing sabungero enthusiasts are calling for businessman Charlie 'Atong' Ang to be held accountable, with some referring to him as a 'monster' and 'demon'.

Whistleblower Julie 'Dondon' Patidongan, alias Totoy, was present at the event to share information about the case and expressed hope for positive results from the search operation in Taal Lake.

Patidongan also accused actress Gretchen Barreto of involvement but declined to name a colonel until filing a case, citing safety concerns.

PNP Chief PGen. Nicolas Torre III confirmed that human remains were among those recovered in Taal Lake during the recovery operations.

The Justice for Missing Sabungeros Network urged the government to act on the case and prosecute Ang as the central figure behind the disappearances.

Families of the missing sabungero enthusiasts continue to demand justice, with one mother expressing hope that her son will return home.
