Solon opposes F2F classes sans vax

Pasig City Rep. Roman Romulo, chairman of the House Committee on Basic Education and Culture, opposes holding pilot face-to-face classes in low-risk areas next month without a vaccine rollout.

Romulo argues that densely-populated urban areas like NCR make it difficult to implement minimum health standards such as physical distancing.

He believes studies showing success in other countries may not apply to the Philippines due to different conditions.
